Why Aren't Notifications Working Right? The newest update brought a lot of fixes to the issues we had, but one of the unintended consequences is that people who are two different versions (say one current and one old - or vice versus) aren't able to "connect" via notifications. This is why you receive notifications from some people (you are updated, the person who tagged you is updated) and everything works. But, when one person is not updated, notifications won't work properly regardless if you are tagging, comment, or responding. Unfortunately, there isn't any way for us to troubleshoot unless everyone is on the same "version". (We can check to see what version you last used when you were in the community.) The most updated versions are: Apple: v4.104.1 Android: v4.180.2 My advice. Take a minute. Go to your devices app store and see what version you are on and make sure you are on the most updated version. If we still have issues after that, then we can gather information and troubleshoot. PS: We know there is a lag of when notifications are "alerted" on your phone and when they show up in the app. You can always refresh (pull the screen down) to get the most updated list of notifications.
